We understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to request a refund. However, due to the custom nature of our knives, we have implemented a strict refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

1.1 Refund Fee
If you choose to request a refund before your custom knife order is shipped, a 30% fee of the total purchase price will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the materials, labor, and initial design work invested in creating your customized knife.

1.2 No Refunds After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept refund requests. We commit to delivering a product that meets our quality standards and your customization specifications, but due to the irreversible personalization, refunds after shipping are not possible.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and personalization factors, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized knives. Each knife is crafted to order based on your unique requirements, making it unsuitable for resale or reuse.

2.1 Defective or Damaged Products
While we ensure the utmost quality in every product, if your knife arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.

2.2 Non-Custom Items
If your order includes non-custom items, they may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to our standard return policy for non-customized products. These items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

For eligible refunds (pre-shipment only, minus the 30% refund fee), please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Due to the customization process, any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations. If a modification is possible, additional fees may apply.
